Lake House

I would like to have a lake house. I guess it would be my main residence. For all the tools I'd like to have apartment living isn't that great (drums, table saw, 3d printer). I've been looking on homes.com which really isn't that bad compared to realtor.com which sometimes listed things that weren't actually for sale.
It looks like high interest rates are finally convincing people to lower their asking prices for housing. There are some reasonably prices properties in the Fox Lake/Antioch area, which is also serviced by Metra which is pretty important to me.
Anyways, you've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you going to have a dream come true? Right?
