Cooling Protocols

Cooling protocols are working! Got through yesterday with little discomfort, living mostly out of one room. Did venture out to the Taproom for a coffee and then to the gym. Some jacked white dude stole John's Switch at the cafe so that was a bummer. John thought he saw him and went determinedly in the direction he was going. I'm hoping that he would tell the guy that he was caught on camera and should return it, rather than John getting beat up by what I have already described as a "jacked" white dude.

Today I'm at the Panera for a muffin and a little cool air, then off to Mariano's for some soda and cookies. I don't know what it is about hot weather but it makes me want to eat cookies.
