Three Bad Things

Oct. 12, 2026, 1 p.m.
Well, three bad things in Chicago this past week and one sad. Ditka's passing wasn't a bad thing, he lived a good life and a long life. It's sad that he's no longer with us but not bad.
But on the bad side number one is the pope has a growth on his lung and needs a surgery. We have a broken pope! I rather like this particular pope and find him honest and pious.
The next bad thing is the White Sox lost their post-season series. Their hitting disappeared! You will win precisely zero games if you can't manufacture any runs.
And the last bad thing is Tyson Bagent played like an UnDrafted Free Agent. His quarterback rating was like 24. Two bad interceptions were bad. But the lack of timing in the passing game is distressing. Also Swift showed that he may be the number two running back, and not enough by himself to keep a defense honest. Anyways, Caleb will be back this week or next and we can resume being an elite team. Bagent did exactly what I expected him to do - play .500 ball until Williams comes back from injury.
