Thinking About It

It's not something I need at all, I have my Fitbit Charge 6 and I'm extremely pleased with it. It doesn't do too much and what it does do it doesn't do poorly. But the idea of leaving my home with just my watch has me curious.
So that brings us to the Samsung Watch8 LTE. Did a cursory search and it will work with Google Fi, my wireless service provider. I need to look into it further though. Does it have a digital crown? What programming language does it use? Would I be able to speak and translate things on watch?
I'm sort of leaning towards not getting one though. I've got enough languages and platforms as it is, do I really need to adapt to another?
