Relieved, No Foresight Involved

I didn't have a feeling or anything two years ago when I decided to switch my personal hosting from PHP to Python. For all I know AI may find significant vulnerabilities in Python! But I'm glad that the news of PHP having a severe vulnerability is just news and not something requiring stressful action. My heart's in a lot better shape nowadays but some of that is because I've removed things that were killing me from my life and am making much better decisions.
Some of the things that run on PHP out in the wild: WordPress and Wikis (like Wikipedia). Facebook started out as a PHP site! It isn't that now, but PHP was very popular back in the day.
In any case, my internet is out at home again today! They're supposedly upgrading the mains to fiber with cable as the last endpoint and are sending out emails saying soon upload and download will be symmetrical. I don't think I need that but maybe it will help with gaming so could be good.
Had a good gaming night last night. I actually won the first game of the night, "Jamaica". And tonight is FOOTBALL NIGHT GO FOOTBALL BEAR DOWN! Really one of the better weeks so far this year.
