Lots of Anxious

Yesterday was pretty anxious! A lot of what was being said and what Trump himself was saying indicated that he planned on cheating for the midterms. In a prepare for the worst and get the worser world, I was prepared for things to go bad. But things turned out pretty well! I had two candidates on my small contributions checklist this season. George Whitesides, who was up for re-election, won. Rebecca Cooke in WI-3 finally won on her third try. George is the science guy and Rebecca is the representative of the working class. I stopped contributing to Sara Jacobs's campaign because she's done so well as a Representative that there's no need.

I am not satisfied but I am pleased. Being who we were isn't possible and was unsustainable in any case. There are major issues to be addressed.
